How to search the NJHRC for housing if you have been displaced by Hurricane Sandy
- Choose “Temporary Housing Due to Hurricane Sandy” from the menu below. The page that opens will display a list of available temporary housing properties throughout the State of New Jersey.
- If you cannot find a suitable property on this list, use your browser’s “back” button to return to this page and instead choose “Rentals” from the menu below.
- Select the city or county in which you’d like to rent a property and browse the available selections.
- To determine if the property is available for occupancy by Sandy victims, we actively encourage you to contact the landlord directly to determine your specific housing needs.
